Vlad, no offense... My favorite mountain range, Ai-Petri, this is the first time I've seen it so "non-mountainous"...

And yet, I was offended...for nothing. Interesting and strong authors have different requirements. And thanks for the good ratings under my works!)

I didn't get to see Crimea like this—a good shot, a new perspective for me. There's no confusion (as some people are saying)—there are several interesting shots.

Vlad Sokolovsky, regarding the work "Parallel Worlds" (I'm writing here, as the discussion there is closed).
Sorry that my comment there may have generated so many unnecessary (non-working) responses.
Thanks for the detailed explanation with illustrations.
Everything is clear and accessible (especially in the fragment). I figured it out (interestingly, the water is perceived more sharply in the compressed photograph than the vegetation).
Good luck and Happy New Year!

Andrey Semykin,
Not about you, but in a global sense)))
Of course, it's a shame they started a holy war under this photo))))

(Just in case you're wondering, I said something stupid without knowing who the author was)))
Flu or not, just a cloud reflected in the water.)))
I liked it, like in sci-fi movies, when the ground breaks away)))) and then everyone and everything gets killed))))))
Joke...
And, just in case you're wondering, I'm not trying to suck up. What is MP? Mega pixels?))))
By the way, I didn't like this work (the one I'm writing under) by the author) and I still don't)))
I'm very glad that the one who, like a Gorgon Medusa, lifts an entire layer of Altai, was left in the OV... Otherwise, I'd stink up three streets of Ivanovo))))))

Andrey Semykin, everything's fine, Andrey! These are working moments; without them, this would be a real drag

Flu or not, it's a cloud, not a cloud in the reflection of the water.))))

This isn't a cloud (I'll write this just in case), it's a reflection of Kurkurek (one of the peaks on the North Chuysky Ridge)

P.S.
>What is "mp"? Mega pixels?))))
Yes.. This is one "advanced" Someone, in her overabundance of knowledge, confused them with dpi.

UPDATE:
I'm planning to go to Almaty this spring. Maybe I should say hi to someone from a tolerant Dutchman?

Vlad Sokolovsky,
Oh, come on!)))) Almaty! Are you planning a tour there?!

Here! I need to connect you with Malakhov! He's a good guy)))) He really does bully me, he doesn't appreciate music)))))
How can I get you together so discreetly?)))
I'm sure I won't find a biophysicist with money before spring! And then I'd fit right in!)))
This is awesome! Tien Shan! You should definitely go to Shymbulak! And be prepared for the fact that it's practically impossible to breathe in Almaty. The city is trapped by mountains, and all the ten-year-old smoke is its bane. Even if you go as high as Medeo, you won't see it.
Damn, I won't be able to sleep now: How can I come up with a strategy to bring a garbage collector and a landscape painter together in the mountains?))))))
Damn!

Vlad Sokolovsky,
I enjoyed reading the trip report. You've rekindled my unfulfilled dream of driving my own car to these places. I've been meaning to for two years, but never got around to it.

Happy New Year! All the things you dream of!

A technically perfect photograph can be the most boring picture in the world.

Andreas Feininger

Hello, dear Vlad Sokolovsky!
You can snap several hundred of your photos in a day from a single landscape, changing angles and walking a few steps. But I only get two photos, out of 1,000-2,000 shots (of people in the clouds) over the summer. Last year, I didn't take a single one. There were no clouds. A photograph has two ratings: artistry and sharpness. I don't need to explain it to you. You are a resident on all sites. Don't mock nature and give it the lowest ratings. Then you should explain the rating, explaining it further. But the aphorism fits your photos perfectly.

A technically perfect photograph can be the most boring picture in the world.

"An outstanding photograph is about depth of feeling, not depth of field," - Peter Adams.

Vlad Sokolovsky. It's mean to give a low rating to a photo created by Nature. And then he immediately hid and blocked it. I respect your photos. Any idiot can take a picture of a flatland with a tripod. Now drones can shoot anything you want from above. And you, Vlad, try finding a human portrait in the clouds. You don't have a single photo on this topic. I can give you a low rating. The image in the sky lasts for 2 seconds, but you also demeaned Nature's creation. This photo (or rather, photos) is just out of envy. All the best to you, Vlad! I don't hold a grudge against you. I'm nowhere near you. I'm a pensioner, disabled, and an amateur photographer. I'm no competition. If you, Vlad, take at least one photo on my topic, I'll take my hat off to you.

What's the point of depth of field if you don't feel deep emotions?

Try finding a human portrait in the clouds... I only get two photos, for 1-2 thousand shots (of people in the clouds) over the summer.
This exhaust is due to a lack of imagination. I spent a long time in a rocky area last summer - it seemed like I was constantly walking on faces, and in the clouds, every second, either Sagittarius is chasing Capricorn, or Tabuldinov is chasing Sokolovsky, or Teacher Kaledin is looking sadly. Not to mention that your occupation has nothing to do with creativity. But if you like it, why not.

Vlad Sokolovsky has kilometers of correspondence under every photo. (Make time!) And you mark them with one dumb number. Aren't you afraid to explain photographers' mistakes in a few words for free? Then your credibility would increase. After all, you're a paid photography teacher and you lead groups on hikes. If you're afraid to explain photographers' mistakes, then there's no point in even bothering to bother.

Hi, Vlad. It turns out someone was secretly giving me derogatory comments on the Zikht website. And they kicked me off that site. People only see the bad in the bad. And I'll just say thank you, Vlad, for that. I have more free time now. I'm currently studying Photoshop. All the best, Vlad. That topic is no longer on the site. =People in the clouds.=I'm not upset with you.

You are the first, Vlad! Of the Great Photographers!!! Who has humiliated you? A creation of Nature! Even though you live IN NATURE! YOU TEACH PEOPLE NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY!!! Ordinary photographers with family albums. They are forgivable. If only you had written to me in the comments at the same time. How to overcome noise. Or edited one of my photos. I would have paid in full. I don't need a discount. That I am a pensioner, disabled, a villager, a photography enthusiast. I am not a freeloader. I have money. All the best to you, Vlad!

I was hiding a stash from my old lady. And before she could find it, I decided to urgently buy a lens online. For 30,000. Sent it away. And that's it. I ran into scammers. I went to the cops. I show them the receipt. I tell them, "You have the opportunity to earn a star." Let's try making a test purchase. On the internet. The investigator says, "We don't have internet." He's pulling the wool over a country bumpkin's eyes. Three investigators interrogated me for 47 days. They thought this country bumpkin would get tired and die from all the escapades. I went to them again. The investigator says, "Our employee will soon be going on a business trip and will stop by the Moscow Savings Bank on the way." I went to the investigator again. And asked, "How was your employee's trip to Moscow?" He says, "I didn't promise you anything, and I didn't say anything." That's how the cops work. In Russia. The largest number of young retirees are cops. At 45 and retired. That's why they're raising the retirement age. But I still have money for you, Vlad. If you edit one photo for me... Don't be offended, Vlad. I write honestly and openly, and in a rustic way. My stash is hidden. The old woman won't find it again.

One time I was guarding the clouds in a field. I stood there for a long time, it was getting boring. I was dancing, singing, jumping. I saw a guy walking in the distance. I thought, let me take a picture of him in profile. I'll check the range of the lens. But as luck would have it, he turned and saw me. And took off running. Two minutes later, two UAZ 69s drove up to me. Cops with machine guns jumped out. And he with them. And he points at me. And says. That I shot at him with a rifle, with a telescopic sight, and with a silencer, too. And he wanted to kill me. The cops told me. Show me your Berdanka. I showed them his picture on the camera monitor. And said. That's what I shot him with. All the cops laughed. And quickly hid their machine guns. But he still insisted. That they take us to the police station. And they tortured me there. Where did I hide the rifle. They kept me there all day. I came home and the old woman jumped on me from the doorway. She said, "Where have you been, old geezer? You went out to get some bread and disappeared." And the old woman said, "I wanted to call the police." And I said, "I'm just coming from the police station." That's how, dear Vlad, you get clouds. There are a few more stories. Well, that's later.

It's no wonder Vlad left this site.

Oleg Romejko, Vlad passed away in 2016, and not because of this horror. He exhibits on all existing websites, teaches people, and takes them on tours. And he doesn't have any new photos on other sites either. Nothing surprising about that. It's impossible to embrace everything immensity. He's very easy to find. And he has 900 photos here. All the best to you. Thank you for visiting me. And Vlad is and will always be a great photographer.
