It looks like it could have been shot close-up here, but there's too much going on and there's no focus on the boy. IMHO.

Yakov Trembovolsky (Jak Trum), I partially agree, but the shot is completely random, from the series that is usually called "saw on the computer." On the other hand, the presence of the girl in the frame convinced me that such framing does indeed take place.
