It's flat for this kind of architecture.
"Gothic" only because of the black and white and clouds.
The shot is good for a beginner photographer.

Rakovich, yes, I agree, depth is difficult in this shot. So you're right about the flatness. As for the beginner, I don't even know... I'm not a master, of course
