Don't be lazy about cleaning up the noise. Here's one made from your photo:

okrest, Thanks, I tried it

I kind of like it rougher, though I'm not saying I'm right.
I wonder what people will say

With noise, the fog plays, without noise, the house plays.

with noise it's normal (IMHO)

Good idea and execution , but without noise it would be better.

I liked it better without the noise, but overall the photo is great!

The light in the window, the color of the night and the moon, create an atmosphere of mystery. And if instead of the empty greenhouses you imagine horses tethered, and travelers warming up in a hut with tea (and something stronger) after a long journey, then it's absolutely wonderful!

Excellent color work! Creates a wintery, pre-New Year's mood!
28.12.2007 11:12
Good! Only the dark spot of the house is just at the edge of the frame in vain.

Cool! The noise doesn't ruin the image; it's more like snow here Those glowing things are a bit distracting View crop
I'd crop it; they'd be very noticeable in a larger format. And from above, too, for balance.

Fabulous... Viktor Balalaikin, exactly!
Ps: Probably without the noise...

The atmosphere is the main thing here - it's about 30 below zero!!! Is the author correct?

Thanks everyone for the feedback

Regarding the noise, as they say, opinions have been shared, okrest seems to be more so. We'll take it into account.
Joker, I might have been over-shopping, but I decided to leave it in. Those are the Shilovichi towers near Vileika.
maxanin, this was taken back in November, and that night the snow started melting (that's how we took a steam bath ), which is why there's fog.
The temperature is around 0°C.

If they'd written "blizzard" instead of "fog," it would have been more New Year's
Happy New Year!

Nikolai Nikitin, And it was filmed in November, it will be considered a quasi-New Year

okrest, a good option! So clean, so neat......... but if you asked me which of the two photos looks more "almost wintery," "almost nighttime," I'd vote for the original... the noise creates a feeling of frost nipping at your nose and cheeks, a fairytale mystery... IMHO.

P.S.: but I'd still like the branches over the chimney...

If there's noise, you need to combat it.
And if there isn't, you need to add it
This is a classic.

Well... a lot has been said here. Personally, I like film-like noise.
In my opinion, digital noise doesn't add anything good to pictures.

I like the one with the noise. Joker is right about the glowing things, which should have been removed. A little more blueness would be nice in the "ground" part. I like the photo

The view must be nice.
