I'm honestly trying to force myself to find something in this photo that would make me recommend Work, but I can't find it... I don't see it. I don't understand it. I don't feel it. :-( Sleep well.

Alexander Zelensky, +1 ... like so much else, I still need to understand, accept, embrace, and most importantly, let it in... my other self is resisting)) ... maybe it's temporary))
Pavel Nagin, hmm... even if we were to imagine that the main character is a "chandelier" here, in my opinion, it would still need to be trimmed a bit to the right to make it "visible"... Or is this about something else?...
Pavel Nagin, )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) then I'll imagine that the "chandelier" is spinning around itself (there's a trace of it) and you photographed it just at the moment when it left its "comfort" zone )))))))))
Of course, the opinions of experts—professionals—are most important, but as a cultural scientist, I'm still inclined to believe that the main success of a work of art grows gradually in the perception of the mass audience, when it is capable of evoking associations. This work is such a work.
Not quite, Alexander. I mean just the opposite: constantly working in a mass field, showing your work everywhere, participating in ratings, and not hoping that one art critic will turn your work into a masterpiece :-). Photographer clubs could be an effective means of promoting each other's work, but unfortunately, competition devolves to the very bottom, to the group level; no one wants to promote or support each other, or, conversely, three people get together and support only each other. Ideally, anonymous ratings and auctions in small communities would be most effective.

Tantnata, I'm afraid you're mistaken about the benefits of anonymity. Just like with non-anonymity, a group of authors could form, upvoting each other. Or, conversely, downvoting each other. If you like the work, if you can justify it, show your face.

netageorg, Yes, luck isn't easy :-). It's important to simply love your craft, and recognition sometimes comes a couple of centuries after the poems have been distributed on the market :-). But you and I know that official recognition plus family promotion by descendants yields the best results, and we still believe that this work will certainly attract the attention of connoisseurs.
Alexey Krik, Alexey is innocent, by God. My family isn't photographic at all. And what a person writes—well, he knows, maybe. I reread the text. It's about poetry. I'm afraid it's a pebble in my garden.
netageorg, If this is your translation, it's an excellent translation. Robert Frost wrote much worse. Go on, go on. Don't listen to Krik. I don't think he's against poetry. He's just doing it that way. He's making faces. Poetry is the quintessence of art. It's thought, image, and sound. My applause. SV

He's just doing it that way. He's grimacing. Poetry is the quintessence of art. It's thought, image, and sound. My applause. SV
Valeriy Sviderskiy, of course – mine, Valeriy. Thank you.
netageorg, Anna, the translation and the original were, of course, saved yesterday. So your gesture now is meaningless. Those who know you have read it, and those who don't know you—it's all the same to them, with or without the poems. So, they don't care.

๑_Fizik_๑, and it's good that it's for you.
but I reshot it today.
Or is this about something else?...
How do you know this?

I won't survive.
