Alex_Ugalek, Difficult shooting conditions, backlighting, contrasting transitions from light to shadow—that's why the sharpness showed through in some places, thank you! Oleg Karavaev, I like clear calligraphic works; that's my style, I try to find a happy medium. Thanks for the support!
Antony Clarendon, Thanks for your opinion, I don't share it. Even a photo from the same location can be presented differently, by choosing a different angle, time of day, or subject. If it's familiar to one person, why tell everyone else?
Serg Dav., I have no doubt that it can be done in different ways, but in my opinion, you failed. For comparison, when Anro posted his photos of Smorgon, I saw a completely different Smorgon, the likes of which I had never seen before, and this is absolutely objective, nothing personal. For me, it's simple - either it affects you or it doesn't. Here - it didn't affect you. But, then again, it only didn't affect me, I don't expect you to support my opinion, since we see the world through different eyes, and that's normal. And writing in retaliation against my work is not the most noble way to perceive criticism. Sorry if I offended you in any way.
Serg Dav., I wrote about this place to hint to you that you could look for a more interesting angle. Regarding Anro, one of the great photographers said: "I don't know how to take pictures. If I knew how, I wouldn't take pictures."
But there's harmony, that's for sure.

and the over-sharpening throws me off balance

and not about photography.
I like Anro's photos too; that's what makes him a pro. I'm just learning.
And thanks to everyone who stopped by and supported the work!
